I’ve been doing 1-1 boxing sessions with Al for a few months now and am really enjoying working with him. Not only has it benefitted my fitness and physical health, but also my mental health, which is something that is rare to find in a coach. I’ve found my general motivation and confidence has hugely increased, in and out of the gym. Al feels more like a mate than a trainer and is always there to talk about anything. At the same time he pushes me every session, whilst still making it really enjoyable. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody.
