I've been doing 1-1 boxing sessions with Al for a few months now and am really enjoying working with him. Not only has it benefitted my fitness and physical health, but also my mental health, which is something that is rare to find in a coach. I've found my general motivation and confidence has hugely increased, in and out of the gym. Al feels more like a mate than a trainer and is always there to talk about anything. At the same time he pushes me every session, whilst still making it really enjoyable. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody.

I approached Al about 1-1 training sessions for my son. He lacked in confidence and was conscious about his weight. Since having sessions with Al, he's a different kid. He is more confident and is really pleased with his new physical ability. People compliment him now and its made him feel good about himself. Al pushes him, where as before he wouldn't try, and also uses the sessions to support him mentally too. We haven't looked back.
